Government & Defense
Built for government and defense.
QuantumWorks develops AI-native solutions for environments where security, evidence, operational constraints, and human oversight cannot be afterthoughts.
Mission environments
- Secure systems
- Disconnected operations
- Evidence requirements
- Human supervision
- Legacy infrastructure
- Autonomous operations
Our systems are designed for the places commercial tooling gives up: restricted, disconnected, hybrid, and high-assurance environments, and platforms that cannot simply ship telemetry to a cloud service.
Evidence-grounded design is a constraint we impose on our own AI. When a QuantumWorks system reaches a conclusion about risk, a control, or a mission, that conclusion is bound to evidence a human can audit. Explainability is not a feature request in these environments. It is a precondition for use.
Our work often begins with difficult government mission requirements and develops into technologies with much broader applications.
How We Work
From hard requirement to working system.
- Applied R&D
- Research directed toward concrete technical and operational requirements.
- Prototype development
- Working systems that demonstrate the core technical claim early.
- SBIR/STTR
- Developing technology through federal small-business R&D programs.
- Technical partnerships
- Collaboration with research institutions and industry teams.
- Transition-focused engineering
- Built from the start to survive accreditation, operations, and handoff.
Doing Business
Small business. Deep technology.
QuantumWorks is a U.S.-based Women-Owned Small Business developing proprietary technology through federal R&D programs and direct engineering work.
Questions
Common questions.
- What does QuantumWorks do?
- QuantumWorks builds AI-native solutions for government and defense across cybersecurity and cryptography, software intelligence, and autonomous systems.
- Is QuantumWorks a small business?
- Yes. QuantumWorks is a U.S.-based Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB).
- How does QuantumWorks work with government?
- Through applied R&D, prototype development, federal SBIR/STTR programs, and technical partnerships.
- Does QuantumWorks support post-quantum cryptography migration?
- Yes. Sentinel discovers quantum-vulnerable cryptography, maps dependencies, and plans migration against federal PQC mandates.
Working on a hard technical problem?
We work with government organizations, research institutions, and technology teams across cybersecurity, software, and autonomous systems.
